This is Kash Patel's enemies list. Kash Patel is the First Felon's candidate to head the FBI. It's Appendix B from his book (I too am surprised he could read).

Joe Biden needs to issue a blanket pardon of everyone on the list, including repubs who served under the First Felon, because in the vernacular of my Chicago upbringing, the First Felon and Kash Patel 'won't know whether to shit or go blind.'

It will also make a mockery of any pardons the First Felon plans on making.
