This time, it might be true. According to NBC News, three sources have confirmed that Beyoncé will appear at Kamala Harris's Houston event tomorrow, and one source says she'll perform. It's not the Houston-born superstar's first foray into Democratic politics: She sang at Obama's first inauguration in 2008, and performed at an Ohio rally for Hillary Clinton in the final days of her 2016 presidential bid.
