@z_everson Just gonna say here…on a $1 million-plus home in a desirable neighborhood, selling for less than 120% of the asking price to someone else with connections in roughly the same business, is pretty common these days. Doesn’t make Vance any more attractive as a person, but I don’t think this is an example of corruption.
