So, what happens when one of these things runs over a kid in a crosswalk?

Who goes to prison?

Is it the programmer who wrote the code to break the law?

Is it the manager that told the programmer to make the damn things faster even it it means breaking the law?

Is it the CEO who demanded they make robot cars profitable, and didn't insist on staying within the law to do so?

If no one goes to prison, killing kids just becomes a cost/benefit equation.
