I don’t understand the perpetuation of the growth mindset here. I’m happy for new people to come but it’s not my job to make sure they’re welcomed and engaged. We all stumbled in and took a few weeks to figure it out. We stayed or we didn’t. I stayed.
There is no utopia. This isn’t the Garden of Eden. It’s just less fucked up than other platforms. Follow a bunch of interesting people and post interesting shit. Forget about this “boost everything in sight” BS.
