Elon Musk, Tesla and Warner Bros. are being sued by one of the production companies behind "Blade Runner 2049." Alcon Entertainment said it refused permission for Tesla to use an image from the movie at the Robotaxi launch event, but the car manufacturer used AI to do it anyway. Alcon is working on a spinoff series for Amazon and has been in discussions with car manufacturers about collaborations, but has avoided Tesla because of Musk's “extreme political and social views” and his “massively amplified, highly politicized, capricious and arbitrary behavior, which sometimes veers into hate speech.” Here's more from @AssociatedPress

@Tribear I would totally nerd out on a good knife if I spotted one. I also really appreciate good stemware, copper anything, and well used skillets and assorted pans. We have one old restaurant skillet the size of a large pumpkin that looks like it survived a war. Plus a few well-seasoned cast iron skillets that get used nearly daily. Our kitchen isn’t big because it’s a very old house, but it gets used. You can tell when you visit someone who doesn’t. All our pots and pans hang over the stove.
